GoTo Enterprises S.a.r.l., controlled by Ms. Goga Ashkenazi, Chairwoman and Creative Director of Vionnet luxury fashion brand and a majority shareholder of the company, have concluded a settlement for the purchase of the remaining minority stake in Vionnet SpA from CAMA Holding s.r.l. belonging to Matteo Marzotto and his associates, allowing GoTo Enterprises S.a.r.l. to become a 100% owner of the company.
